Well, this has been interesting. My wife in on the way back from the SLC airport. They were stuck in a traffic jam on I-15 with no traffic coming the other way. Then a whole bunch of cop cars and a BearCat came roaring up the vacant southbound lanes. Seems like a guy was "slumped" by an entrance onto the interstate and a cop stopped to see what the problem was. The guy pulled a gun and walked out into the middle of the interstate. The cops stopped traffic both directions and had the SWAT team out.

The bus my wife is on is now moving again. I can't find out if she's on the interstate or traveling by country by-ways. So, she'll be home around 11 pm instead of 9.

I do not want to think of the traffic jam! The incident started at 5:30 and, well, the SLC rush hour is worse than that of DC.
