I have one friend - one - who is a responsible driver in terms of mobile phone use. The phone goes into the glove compartment at the start of every journey. If it rings, it's not checked until the destination is reached. This should be the law. There is absolutely no need to talk on the phone while in charge of a couple of tons of heavy machinery.
