Interfaith Devotional Singing

I would like to lead a workshop that involves singing interfaith devotional songs with the themes of universal love, and universal spirituality. All the songs that I know are very simple and sung in English. Day by Day from Godspell would be an excellent example. There is no need for a songbook or handouts. People are welcome to bring their own devotional songs too. If you bring songs to the gathering, my request is that the lyrics be less than two "sentences" long, easy to learn, and have an open all-encompassing inclusive spiritual theme.

I have a preference to doing this before noon and on Sunday but the day is not nearly as important doing it before noon.

Two hours if possible but one hour is OK too.

Thanks,
Ralph

Hi, Ralph- I'm thinking two hours is too long, and I thought maybe you could split the same venue with Gospel for Sunday morning. I'll leave that to you to decide. I set aside the kitchen for you from 9:45-noon Sunday.

Hi Joe,

What if we call the chant workshop, Personal, Planetary and Spiritual Chants. Is that too many words?

Ralph
