Hi everyone, I wonder if there's anyone out there who can help? I was sorting through some old music books of mine and found one I hadn't looked at in a few decades - really! It's a great little book with 100 tunes (32 pages), but unfortunately the cover's gone, so I don't know what it's called or when it was published. What I have begins on page 3 with four tunes: Earl of Hopetoun's Reel, Speed the Plough, The Soldier's Joy, Perth Hunt. At the bottom of each page is the inscription 'B&Co 15955'. The back cover carries an advert for another book: Album of Thirty-Two Favourite Pieces for Pianoforte in Easy Keys. This is published by Bosworth & Co Ltd, price 3 shillings. So, I have the publisher and the fact it was published pre-decimalisation (1971), but that's all. Do you know this book? I'd be very grateful if you can help me identify it.
