Years late with this thread - I've been trying to get on woman's hour for years. I've come out of chaos, worked with vulnerable children and adults and have now written a novel - it has a phone number in the title which you are meant to call, and a drunk, frightened Billy/junkie will answer - it's a great gimmick, but the only reply I've received is generic. Hopeless!
