An Aimsir Bhaint an Fheir: the text appears in Peter Kennedy's 1975 tome Folksongs of Britain and Ireland. He gives a traditional tune there. The tune by which it's popularly known was written by American singer Connie Dover: it's a terrific tune, but a native Gaelic-speaking friend told me that Ms. Dover has to twist the emphasis of the words to fit the jig.
