Hi sen Thanks for your comments. I am ok, occasionally get very slight miscomfort but it isn't a problem. Steves' Fybogel sound ( and looks like ) Laxido. Very easy to take and not " searching". Glad to hear that your husband is taking to vegetables. It seems to be working. Oh and Congrats about Norwich fine win and Leed's loss is great for yo. Hubby will love that. Regards Mike
