I first heard "Rattlin' Bog" on an LP record by Seamus Ennis, on Tradition? label I believe, in the late 1950s, and loved it for its great difference from "Green Grass Growin' All Around," its US successor. I know of no recorded source before Ennis, so unless someone else can turn up an earlier source, this may be it. I imagine it may have appeared in some Irish collection before that, but being a Yank I could easily have missed it. Great song!! Bob
