Actually Roger, they converted me! (Well, a side in London, Ontario). I finally met a side in Brum after I took it up over here and had a couple of pints with 'em at lunchtime.

As pointed out there are several in Toronto and if your ever out here come (or avoid) Labour day weekend when the annual Toronto Morris Ale takes place (150+ dancers from N. America and the UK) hit the streets and Ale houses.

A month after I was interviewed for a position in Toronto, I was caught at the London (Ont) Morris Ale at the mass dancing in front of Stratford's main theatre by one of the people who interviewed me (he's now the Director) and asked what on Earth was I upto. Still have the job.

(If anyone one's interested, the photo of me on the photo page is when we (Greenfiddle) toured England. Taken at Stonehenge - funny didn't seem to have any gaps in the walls before we started, or so I recall :-)).
