Luke blew us away when we came across him singing to a packed room at Rochester Sweeps quite a few years back.
He was one of the best young singers/musicians we had ever seen, and other people seemed to agree – he was nominated in 2014 for both the Horizon Award for Best Emerging Talent and the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award.

Luke Jackson is an un-pidgeonhole-able (is that a word?) singer songwriter who has traveled a fair few thousand miles around the British Isles, into pubs and bars and more recently into folk and blues clubs, venues, festivals, and house concerts.

Luke’s songwriting draws on his experiences, family life and poignant stories he’s been told.

Luke is an accomplished performer who impresses from the outset and takes his audience on a shared journey with a full bus down the bye-ways of love, hope, sorrow, and melancholy via the service stations of folk, roots, blues, Americana and soul.

“Very powerful-impressive songs, individual playing and the singing-oh man the singing!” – Folkcast

Andrea Kempson is an Essex based singer-songwriter. Growing up on the coast of Devon it's no coincidence that her sound reflects such a landscape. Her voice captures the soulful tones of folk singers such as Laura Marling and Joni Mitchell paired with her equal talents on the guitar inspired by Jose Gonzalez and Nick Drake. Drawing from her love of folk music, learnt from her Irish roots she writes music that is full of heart and inspired by her life experiences

Les Elvin plays guitar and harmonica, his material covers a wide range of styles from across the British Isles, and reflects Americana influences. It also includes Celtic and dance instrumentals. Les has played as a member of a number of lively ceilidh bands, and currently plays bass with Worthing based country/rock band, Snakes and Ladders.
