I agree with Beach. City were not the team we have seen these last few seasons. I think the missed penalty affected their mood and they just played for a draw; a tactic that went astray.
I agree that City will be OK in the second leg. I think they have been shaken by Spurs and they will not make the same mistakes next time.
I too think the Ref was far to soft on some of the fouls that went unpunished.
