Prefacing a sentence with the inane phrase "Not for nothing, but......" Whatever the f*** does that mean?! I've even asked people who say it, and they don't know. This is seconded in irritating language by the phrase " Not to talk about it... but...." And then, of course, they talk about it. Shaddup. ;)
