I think in the early days we WOULD have described such as Joe Heaney & Paddy Tunney as folksingers, just like Tom Paxton or Alex Campbell, or Christy Moore for that matter- We've all got much more sophisticated now but under the old naivety?? we had, we didn't make daft distinctions- it just didn't matter, a far healthier attitude I'd say
