I like a good Cheddar but they are hard to find. Most is just "cooking cheese" as my Lancashire mother-in-law called it. I found Cheshire and Wesleydale when I went to uni and used to buy them instead of sweets. Creamy Lancashire is my favourite, particularly the black wax "bombs". I was looking forward to trying some French cheeses when we went to Brittany for the first time, what a disappointment! Robin
