More or less planned our itinerary - one day footpath to Robin Hood's bay and bus back, assuming the coastal path hasn't eroded away. There is always the old railway track but the views are less spectacular - probably not up to the circular walk Whitby to Ravenscar - South Cheek and back again. Another will be a drive and picnic along the Esk Valley - assuming that there will be no devastating floods before we arrive and the third day either NYM Railway or Walk to Sandsend.
