My favorite at the moment is "The Water is Wide," which I first learned over 60 years ago from an old book of Tyneside songs when very few knew of this magnificent song's existence. Now it is a world favorite, and deserves to be. But tomorrow I might choose, say, Newfoundland's own "Peggy Gordon," maybe? Or Robert Johnson's "Come in My Kitchen?' Or ... Love indeed, Bob
