I've managed to record the last few lines from a film soundtrack
('Sea Cadets' - 1941) it appears to be a sailor ballad.
As far as I can transcribe (a little tough to hear) the words are:

..Call me, I'm rather late today,
Call me, I'd rather like to go.
To sail across the whole world o'er,
Safe in my Father's Arms,
Safe in my Father's Arms!
