By the way, changing my birthday from December 31st to September 14th DOES NOT mean you must wait until that date to shower me with gifts. Gift showers on December 31 are still just dandy. In fact. gift showers are welcome at any time, on any date. No occasion required. (No fruitcakes or pickled pork products, please.)
