But when you add the % mark you make your number 100 times smaller, so you're supposed to take out two of the zeros. As a portion of an electorate anyplace but India or China it doesn't seem much. As a dosage of cyanide, it might matter. Or benzine. Or radiation. While it may not matter much for the purpose of this discussion, it's an indicator of attention to detail. As in, this guy might be a good cook, but he ain't no baker.
