I have a suspicion that this has already been mentioned above, but I can't tell because earlier posters have often given a title without including any words.

In any event, there is the song "The Ploughman", recorded by the Irish group Dervish (on their recording Harmony Hill), and later covered by the American group Round the House. A sound sample is available here.
