I had two F-100 pickups, a '64 and a '77. Both had straight sixes, three-speed column shifters, and enough room under the hood to pitch a tent. But neither had rich Corinthian leather upholstery! In fact, I'm not sure the '64 had any upholstery at all. It had seats, but what was on top of those seats might well have been a dog's blanket that the dog threw out.

That truck had rather high ladder racks on it that once caused it to get stuck in a parking garage. I had to let about half the air out of the tires to get it unstuck.
