No criticism of the well intended advice but an example of the internet being full of stuff users like me don't understand. Firms say 'why not go paperless?' or indeed just send emails without asking. This box of tricks on my desk may go wrong anytime and I would have no idea how to fix it. My filing cabinet is behind me. Been there long before the existence of laptops etc. Joinery, sliding drawers and all visible. If that goes wrong I can fix it.
