The classification isn't being consistently adhered to, but I would say that this thread is mainly for newly composed songs and parodies; while the Songs for the Apocalypse discussion thread is mainly for older songs which are suitable to be sung in reference to the present pandemic crisis. The number of relevent parodies posted on youtube is incredible. Parodies of Bomhemian Rhapsody, Over the Rainbow, Do re mi (Sound of Music, not Guthrie). We already have two parodies of Sweet Caroline aka Deep Quarantine on this thread; well Neil Diamond has recorded a simpler one himself.
