To return to the matter of frozen Canadian chips: six months ago my husband and I were tourists in Newfoundland, and one night we ate in a Mexican restaurant. We got to thinking and wondered why there are no Canadian restaurants in Mexico. Just think, poutine, mashed potatoes, cod, boiled potatoes, more cod... We soon doubted the viability of the idea.
