hm. Very little information for finding the singer. Dramatic like? What does that mean? "died I think in the seventies". So it might have been the late sixties or the early eighties as well? That gives a range of about 20 years ... "I think she committed suicide" - so it could be natural death or accident or murder as well. Could the song be "Weinen" (German for "to cry"/"to shed tears")? (But the only song I can find by that title is sung by Adel Tawil, recorded 2013, so that can't be the one).
