There have been various reports in the media relating to the fact that Noel Clarke was omitted from the poster advertising the movie. He also complains that none of his co stars spoke up and that this an example of racism within the film industry and British Society in general. https://www.theguardian.com/film/2020/may/29/noel-clarke-i-was-left-off-fishermans-friends-poster-and-none-of-the-cast-spoke-up I'm not a movie buff although I enjoyed this particular film but now I feel quite uncomfortable. Noel is as well known an actor if not more so than the others in the cast but, arguably, he also had a smaller role within the film. While I'm sure institutional racism is certainly still a huge issue in the entertainment and film industry, it is maybe not clear whether or not this was the case here. Any thoughts?
