I usually grow tomatoes (often Ailsa Craig, Ferline, Roma and Tumbling Tom), pepper (Topepo Rosso) and Aubergine (Hansel) from seed but not much else… Little Gem lettuce is another, oh and cucumber...I give my excess plants away. It’s a long while since we had a main crop potato but we do usually enjoy a small sampling of our own new or salad potato. Charlotte is a good candidate for us.
