This bit from the web gives credit to Penka Jane Culevski: This is my sister singing a song she composed accompanied by fellow musicians "When They Reopen all the Bars". Although we come from a long line of spell casters, rule breakers and bearded babas, I never felt part of a community until I found this reddit. As a fierce science witch I implore everyone to stay at home, however I recognize how this impacts the employment of our fellow musicians and artists more than most. My favorite lyric in her song is "We'll raise a glass, fear to dispel", "And one for those who made us well", "We'll raise one more for those that fell", "When they reopen all the bars". To anyone struggling during this quarantine I hope you have someone who can buy you a beer when this is all over. In the interim I am raising my glass of bitter brew (homemade absinthe) to this community who made me well, wishing you safety, wellness and most of all music.
