Was scrolling through this looking for some information on Beverley FF hen I came across Dick Miles posting from April regarding Whitby Folk Festival / Whitby Folk Week and the supposed involvement of Whitby Folk Club.
I can state categorically that Whitby Folk Club was at no time involved in the running of the annual festival. There was a good relationship between the two and the Folk Club details were listed in the Festival programme each year.
Juxst putting the record straight - yet again!
