GUEST,Margaret Coughlin Book Review: Folk Singers and the Bureau (FBI) (12) RE: Had I A Golden Thread at your house 02 Oct 20

Hi, Bob! I have tried to find more information about the organization that supposedly commissioned Pete Seeger's "Oh, had I a golden thread". Author Terry Goodkind has a "Seamstresses Guild" in one or more of his books which is a euphemism for sex workers. Other than that I can't find any NY Seamstresses Guild. Do you have any more information? Thanks.
