Hi, all! I think I found what I was looking for...thanks SOOOO much for your suggestions. My friend and I figured that "Hard Times" by Stephen Foster would actually work the best for what we wanted. It's perfect, because I think it was originally written in response to civilian suffering as a result of the Civil War. I THINK so...anybody care to back me up or refute me on this one? THANKS AGAIN!!! I'll let you know how it goes. Knicke
