Lindt is better than anything I've tasted. For cocoa powder, Droste. I got some when I was on a tour of Europe (I can't even remember what country - Switzerland? Austria?) and any recipe that wants to to add a pat of butter on your hot cocoa is perfect! Hershey's is not awesome, but when you're desperate, it's chocolate.
