If you have the sheet music notation or you could work out the notes of the tune by ear you could make your own MIDI file in a couple of different ways. You could enter the notes into a music notation software programme and then save it as a MIDI file. I use NoteWorthy Composer . It's relatively cheap in price compared with some music notation software, but extremely useful and easy to use for a lot of practical uses. Alternatively, you could write the music notation as ABC Notation and then use an ABC to MIDI converter .
