46 is 13 more than the age Jesus was when he got nailed by the Romans on Friday 13, after he walked under a cross shaped ladder he was carrying.. 13 is a really really very very unlucky number for at least 13 devout believers in religious mysticism numerology codswallop... .. just saying... Biden should avoid being nailed to any crosses in any months with a 13 in it... Apart from that, 46 might be lucky...
