Barbara bought a record by Kenneth McKellar of Songs of the Hebrides accompanied by Bob Sharples' band (using Kennedy-Fraser's collection)in about 1960. Decca recording. I have started trying to write out the words for Barbara to sing along - she suffers from forgettery and she gets so much pleasure from music.
