Regarding the lyrics referenced in "Manavilins" I used to listen to a version of Paddy West that included "So just you take it easy and give yourself a rest".

Is anyone familiar with a version that uses that lyric? I'm having a hell of a time trying to track it down, but it has a lot of emotional significance for me.
