For me, a lawn isn't a proper lawn unless it has a few daisies and some bird's eye speedwell. I remember being taken to see the house we were going to move to, when I was about three, and at the front of the house was a blue lawn. I can see it now. Of course it didn't stay blue once we moved in and my father started gardening, but I have never forgotten it.
