Leeneia - you reminded of something I really dislike about some television chefs (I don't bother with YouTube chefs). They have all their ingredients laid out ready in little dishes, and then add about four-fifths of each into whatever they are making. Why? Why not put the right amount in each dish to start with? I imagine all those left-over bits just get thrown away.
