I just thought of a couple of songs. They may or may not be what you are looking for. In The Garden Looking for that video I just realised it was sung by Elvis Presley. Whispering Hope We sang both songs at my Mother's funeral, but Whispering Hope has been a favourite of my sister and I for many, many years after I found the sheet music in a second hand book store. Your idea of using a whisper disc reminds me of a strange, very large light-activated "harp" installation I once heard about. I watched a video of it. I don't know if the installation is still in existence or whether the video is still available. The sound was very ethereal.
