To Mg, Sorry you had to cancel your trip. Must be very disappointing to have to do this. However, if you do reschedule for a future date, here Is some information I looked up for you for folk music. The Ship Pup on Solomon's Cane (265 Duckworth) St. John's Newfoundland Folk night at the Ship Pup Folk music every Wednesday night 9 p.m. Call for information at 1-866-576-8508`or 709-576-8508 I have never been there but at least you can keep this information to refer to if you go there at a later date and phone numbers to call.
