I suppose people assume that how that day effected them is the focus but it could be anything. I recall it was the day my dad died but I did not know it for 2 weeks. On the internet side I told acquaintances who lived mere blocks from the towers to GET OUT NOW and I was roundly critisized for scaremongering, some things don't change. We collected Robert from school and I noticed the extreme politeness of the traffic.
My wife cried over the event and I was not in touch with the magnitude of the day. It took about a month to come to grips with that day.
