Condoleeza Rice saying that for a few minutes they were afraid that after the order to shoot down any aircraft that didn't respond correctly, they thought they might have shot down the plane that crashed in Shanksville. That's enough for me. It's one thing to look at the day, but it will quickly bleed into discussion of George W. Bush's inappropriate responses over the rest of his presidency. And how it took Biden 20 years later to bring it to a close.
