Levana Taylor Lyr Req: Lurgy Streams (9) Lyr Req: Lurgy Streams 17 Sep 21

Although I've mostly got the lyrics to the lovely "Lurgy Streams" as sung by Mairéad Ní Mhaonaigh on the Altan album The Widening Gyre (Youtube) and by Dáithí Sproule on Trian II, I hope someone familiar with the geography of eastern Donegal near Letterkenny can fill in a gap. The final lines run thus:

And twice farewell to [ ... ] where ofttimes I have been,
Likewise to Kilmacrenan town that lies by the Lurgy stream.

The brackets indicate a place name which I couldn't identify. In Dáithí Sproule's pronunciation it sounds to me like maybe "Ardargais," in Mairéad Ní Mhaonaigh's maybe "Ardaighnais," and in Sam Henry's printing of this song in Songs of the People, the place in question is spelled "Ardghais." Google doesn't confirm any of those -- help?
