When I entered Lurgy streams on you tube several singers featured the song two with the same lyrics as above and another where the last verse was very different and did not mention a place which sounded like the place in question.In the two which matched like in one version I heard what sounded like Ardglee and the other sounded like Ardgas.
Ardgast, Ardglee or Ardgass pick your choice. Both Ardgast and Ardglass are both in the vicinty of other towns mentioned
