I wouldn't argue with that statement Moorley Man Ray Keith wrote the songs in early 60s and gave it to Derek and Dorothy Elliott who sang with great harmony Keith was said initially to introduce it as Traditional Arguments it seem broke out as to its origins ~ great stuff A down to earth lad was "our Keith" Ray
