I have this in my left hand. I believe it is largely a secondary affect of having reattached fingers. It affects my work more as a silversmith than as a musician. But I do recall having my fingers close down on a banjo neck and not letting go. Brought a new sound to The Wild Colonial Boy.

It requires me to pull my fingers back to a reasonable position and a lot of massage to moderate.
