I am not sure of all the ramifications, but Bro-in-Law suggested he only had to buy a book, maybe several. And I was sure it got onto Kindle for nothing. When I looked at the Amazon methods, there were several options & the Kindle one was optional. It may have changed, but there was revenue from both, though without publicity it may be small both as a percentage & as a total..
