There is a rather nice Dorset version in our book Southern Songster. The tune is a very nice variant of the standard tune with a Toorali-day chorus, which resolves on the 7th. Needless to say it's Marina Russell who supplied it to the Hammond Brothers in 1907. Sharp collected it in Somerset from John Haste, might be worth a squint to see if you like the tune.
