I'm also struggling to remember this beautiful song but I believe it goes like this. Shadows are falling the day light has passed. Beautiful evening is with us at last. All the wide heaven with silver is dressed, night winds are kissing the flowers to rest. Moon, moon, beautiful moon. Rising, rising, shining high. Over the meadows and over the cities. And weeping and peeping to see children sleeping. Moon, beautiful moon. I can remember singing it with my sister. Happy memories. y
