Steve Shaw... eloquent praise indeed. However, I take umbridge at, "grouse-murdering presence". I spent thousands of days over my lifetime in pursuit of Bonasa umbellus with a proper device of death, dispatching over two thousand. And, as implied in the taxonomy, revelled as I ate my fill. URP! Whilst Royals practice killing in a fashion such as their station 'allows', I chased the buggers through the one-by-ones (pines one inch in diameter, one inch apart). That is how commoners of the colonies fed/feed themselves. I am sure Beth would have enjoyed death with me rather than with Royals. Alas, I am a simple commoner of her realm... never to meet... unless she gets her ass over to my camp for a hunt... and leaves her short-ass hounds on the other side of the pond... I hate yappy little dogs.
